The DoomsDay Code

An Interesting Channel 4 Documentary by Tony Robinson which investigates that how some crazy people by interpreting the writings of the book of revelation, are trying to eliminate mankind from this earth.

From Channel 4 website:
Revelation, the last book in the New Testament, is filled with bizarre, violent and terrifying images. Its origins are unclear and its content is controversial. Some say it is the work of St John but many others believe he could not have been the author. But whoever wrote it, described apocalyptic visions of plagues, famines, wars, devils, wild beasts and rivers of blood. It is so strange and complex that scholars down the centuries have continually reinterpreted its message and meaning.

Today, though, a growing number of American evangelical Christians reckon they have cracked the code. These End Timers believe that every weird word of Revelation predicts real events. Like a Hollywood sci fi movie they say that any time now the world will end. And when it does, true believers in Christ will be whisked up to heaven in an event called The Rapture while non-believers are left behind on earth to face famine, war, terror and destruction as the forces of good and evil fight to the bitter end.

Sun of God?

Thanks to Acharya S for the use of her material. Acharya S is a scholar classically educated in archaeology, history, mythology and languages. Acharya specializes in religion and mythology, critiquing and comparing them, and providing unique insights into their origins. Although born into a Christian family, Acharya does not subscribe to any particular religion, nor is she a hardcore "atheist." Acharya is the author of the controversial books The Christ Conspiracy: The Greatest Story Ever Sold and Suns of God: Krishna, Buddha and Christ Unveiled. She is also the author of the number 1 ranked article on the net on the ""Origins of Christianity." Among other less flattering things, Acharya S has been called "the ranking religious philosopher of our era" and "the voice of reason amidst global chaos." Her web site contains a wealth of information about: religion spirituality mythology archaeology history...

Ceasar's Messiah: The Roman Conspiracy to Invent Jesus

Caesar's Messiah is a book written by American author Joseph Atwill.Atwill claims that Jesus is just a myth and invention of Roman Empire to subdue rebel Jews. Jesus was invented by the Roman Historians like Josephus. Atwill supports his comparison of the New Testament texts with Josephus' writings by pointing out shared chronological sequences between the events. Its a good interview worth watching.

The Naked Truth

Another look at Bible-the word of God from different
perspective. This is a Video showing that Bible is nothing
but astrology/astronomy and Jesus is a mythological character
like many other previous mythological characters of Egypt
like Ossirus,mithras and others.

Though the facts about Indian mythological character Krishna
are not accurate but overall its a good watch.
